Hello all! This is Drelias' :icondrelias: character from Guild Wars. =D "Obsessed with beauty, a little mad, easily distracted, withdrawn, and distant." This was fun to paint because of all of the amazing details. And this is the first time I have ever had to paint so many different hues of black!

I started out with a good old paper and pencil sketch then painted over the sketch with Photoshop.

Hmmm, good work, the only qualm I have is the name, Illharess is the Dungeons & Dragons Dark Elf race known as the Drow, name (In their tongue) for 'Matron Mother' which is a very high ranking member in their Matriarchal society. I was a little surprised that this isn't a Drow with a title like that. Regardless, lovely work as always.

Ilharess d'Vhid means 'Matron of Chaos,' which fits quite well for a Necromancer, especially one who specializes in Curses. She's not a drow because this is a Guild Wars character, not a D&D character. The name wasn't meant for people to read too much into it.
