The Flower Digital Painting

I have always thought that my cousin Katie is one of the most beautiful people I have ever and will ever see. She gave me permission to paint her, and here she is.

I tried some different techniques this time. First I did very exaggerated textures and then I did a new layer with a Gaussian blur to soften it all. I like the look.

Hand painted, this is not a photo manipulation.

EDIT: Moved to scraps because I don't think it's good enough to be in my main gallery.
