So tell me, what would your idea of a perfect dolling forum be? What features would it have? What are some things in other forums that you loved? What things turned you off? How do you think it should be moderated?
I was just talking on the doll chat to people about the perfect imaginary forum. Basically we think the best forum ever would be epic, it would be named EPIC, lol. And from the word epic, we came up with the idea that it should be hero themed!
For instance, one could choose whether to be on the hero or villain side with special private sub forums for each. Your titles would reflect your preference. People could doll their characters and post bios, and what powers they have, or even stats.
Aside from the usual contests, events, shops, chat, games, etc, there would of course be rpgs going on, and doll battles (one on one contests). And the adopt a newbie idea could be turned into a sidekick/hero duo! And we would have minion artists that do our bidding. Mwahahahaaaa...
Well the thing is, while the ladies of silindor have the resources to start our own forum, we get busy at times, and we would need help with the day to day administrative duties.
So the point of this journal is to get ideas, and to see if anyone would be willing to help us get on our feet. With so many forums dying off, we are thinking about adding another hang out for people to enjoy. So tell us what you would be interested in if you are interested at all. Give us any hero theme ideas you can come up with.
I'm not promising anything yet, but I do want your input. And we'll take it from there. Please refer all of your friends who may be interested to this journal . XD

I think the theme is great. I'm guessing the heroes and villains would be kind of like Marvel and DC inspired..? I hope so, Because i would just probably die of happiness...well not really, but it would be cool.
Hmmm... the perfect forum...
I wish for one where people would ALWAYS tell you whether or not they want cc. Like you know, if you could mark something off before you post the thread that would put an icon or something next to the topic name stating the level of CC they want: none, medium or harsh.
I wish for one that would always have something going on: all-forum activities, contests, games, etc., which may require lots of work, but would definitely have people coming back for more.
I would always love to help. I have a lot of free time, little to do. I don't get to pixel as much anymore, but i've always loved the whole "behind the scenes" type of work. So if you do decide to start a forum, and need help, hit me up.
