Hello all! This is Drelias'
character from Guild Wars. 
"Obsessed with beauty, a little mad, easily distracted, withdrawn, and distant." This was fun to paint because of all of the amazing details. And this is the first time I have ever had to paint so many different hues of black!
I started out with a good old paper and pencil sketch then painted over the sketch with Photoshop.
